The life purpose of the Matcha Sifter Tin is to preserve the “Mother of all green tea,” or matcha green tea. The container has a built in screen and a paddle to push the matcha through. All lumps will be removed from the jade beverage when it comes time for sipping from a ceremonial matcha bowl.
Matcha Sifting Instructions:
1. Place one oz. of matcha powder on upper mesh component of Matcha Sifter Tin.
2. Press downward on matcha powder with the included paddle. Matcha will be strained through the mesh.
3. Remove the mesh and obtain matcha for use.
4. Sifted matcha powder may be stored in can for several days..
