According to the Tea Spoon/Strainer, there are few things that need guesswork in the morning. Certainly your cup of tea only needs one 18/8 stainless steel utensil to scoop your dried leaves into your tea pot, and then strain them from pot to cup! To be more specific, the mesh side of this utensil is not for holding the tea leaf while it is brewing, but for straining the leaf out as you pour through the mesh. No fancy flipping-tea-from-one-end-to-the-other necessary. Instructions:
1. Scoop the desired amount of tea into your teapot. (using the scoop end!)
2. When the right amount of brewing time has passed, pour your tea from your teapot through the strainer, into your cup. (using the strainer end!) Spec’s:
