Rounding out our selection of Highland breakfast tea is Scottish Breakfast. This blend has strong malty flavors up front with a sweet and incredibly smooth finish. Much bolder than the English style, but more subtlety than the Irish, the Scottish takes its favorite attributes from its neighbors, and creates an identity all its own.

The finished Large Bamboo Tea Tray is the perfect setting for gongfucha with friends. The slotted removable top allows water to drain into the hidden lower compartment, which is also removable, for easy clean up.
