Combining our China Pearl Gunpowder and Yun Wu Chinese green teas with both Vanilla Black tea and Rooibos Vanilla creates a bold and creamy base for this blend. We add cinnamon, orange peel, ginger, cloves, cardamom, anise, and fennel to impart exotic, spicy flavors. The health benefits of green tea and the power of ayurvedic herbs have come together with a focus on deliciousness.

Matcha Scoop "Chashaku"
Every detail of the matcha preparation process is momentous for its impact on the end result. Two scoops with the Chashaku Bamboo Tea Spoon serve the appropriate amount of matcha needed for a traditional chawan, a 3.5 oz bowl, of the “mother of all green tea.” Preparation Instructions:
1. Add 1/2 to 1 tsp (or 2 bamboo scoops) to a ceremonial matcha bowl.
2. Add 3.5 oz. of 160 degree water.
3. Whisk rapidly until frothy.
